Hi all -- thought I'd share this because it made my morning when I saw it.
I was flipping through Redfin just for fun and a property in Chantilly caught my eye.
Upon looking at the the exact location of the property on the map, I noticed "Pamplin Terrace" and "Mccomas Terrace", making me think "what are the chances that a Hokie planned this neighborhood?".
Sure enough, there is a street named "Hokie Alley"!

Also off Legato Road near the Fairfax government buildings there's a townhouse complex that has roads named Eggleston, Barringer, Derring, Monteith, Brodie, and Vawter
Lived on Eggleston Ter. Great spot.
This community is close to where I live. Always puts a smile on my face when I drive through. This is what happens when you have a lot of Hokie engineers in the development community.
I think there is also VT themed streets in a loudoun neighborhood also.
You totally missed Shultz Terrace. But by your grad year, it seems you're young enough that I can let that one slide.
I'd put money down that they were VTCC, Charlie Company specifically, and in the Conrad Cavalry.
paging InEnemyTerritory... this u?
He lives in Charlottesville. Not saying he couldn't plan a neighborhood in Chantilly, but he doesn't live there.

That ranks right up there with the Pink Floyd area of wytheville.
There's a Lord of the Rings neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL.
Civil War Battlefield neighborhood in Virginia Beach.
I remember having to inform my real estate agent of it as she was showing me houses there.. I was smacked in the face by the recognition that there are some supposedly educated people out there with no knowledge of culture or history.
I don't even see circles around Alumni Terrace, Pamplin Terrace, two different Coach Alleys, and Shultz Terrace. I grew up in Manassas I don't even like Chantilly
Well technically it's South Riding not Chantilly
Cauldron Alley is from Harry Potter, isn't it?
The Dunn Loring neighborhood in Vienna has most of its streets named after colleges. Villanova, Syracuse, Bucknell, Wesleyan
