That was way closer than it should have been. Some combination of putting the foot off the gas and TV Teddy. Hopefully this scared some sense into the team to tighten up some of the issues we've all noted even in their blowouts and the team is better for it. FAM!

Rhythm was off today for VT; ODU got crazy scoring output from their bench; VT still finds a way to win.
VT executed just enough when ODU was playing the best offensive half of their life on the back of role player that scored a career high 24 pts (previous career high was 11).

Always happy to get the W. I was bothered today for the first time with CMY and our lack of adjustments though... first, it was evident the ODU player was out of his mind hot so why not just double him and make somebody else enter career mode? Finally, we were humiliated on the defensive glass all night...go to Poteat over Kidd earlier... Kidd had 1 rebound in 12 minutes... not okay.
