Maybe Saben isn't the devil incarnate

This kid will still be able to fulfill his dream of going to college, being involved with the team, and receiving a scholarship, all while not being able to play football.

Good P.R. move by Saben, or just the right thing to do?

Yes this is great, the NCAA also makes rules and exceptions for these types of freak things. I will applaud the NCAA and Saban for honoring this. Just goes to show that some people follow the rules and even though we might not like them its still good to see people doing what's best for the "athlete"

Well considering that he wont be counting toward the total number of scholarship athletes on the team the jury is still out on Saban being the Devil. However, it is a very nice gesture to honor the scholarship by the staff and university.

What's one scholly when you have about 20 5* rated players and 30 4*s on your roster?

It is the right thing to do and I applaud it, but I feel like that kid should have his pick of the schools that offered him anyways. They should not be allowed to take back the scholarship offer due to injury and maybe less 15 year-olds would be getting offered so early. Just my opinion.

Well, his daughter might be the devil.......
