PWO IS still a "walk on" - so this tweet and PWO are not mutually exclusive. Also, for our purposes, if he's not taking a scholarship slot, the difference is negligible.

Edit - I thought I saw in a comment somewhere a more definitive statement that it was a PWO, but can't find that now.

Just used google and the only references I could find to anything PWO was questions on here if that's what he would be and a tweet from him saying he was committing to Liberty as a PWO.
