Mildly worried at the start, but figured they just needed to get back up to speed after a week off (and apparently a ton of "imagine you're passing and catching but you don't have any fingers so you drop it" drills, weird choice by MY) and that there was zero chance Grambling could continue shooting 79% lol...turns out I was right on both counts. Really digging how much more physically we've been playing this year.

Very impressed with how they responded to the slow start.
When they were down 23-13 with about 7 minutes left in the first half, I thought if they could hold Grambling to 30 they could keep it in striking distance and maybe win by double figures. Then they only allowed two more points in the first half and ended up running away with it.

I thought the defense for the middle 20-30 minutes of the game was really really sharp.

This team reminds me of what it was liking being a VT football fan in the last 00's. Just clearly a good team.
Better than good. ACC Champs and follow it up with an 11-1 start, including victories over UNC, Dayton, and Okie St in the span of less than 2 weeks.
