The Ladies play at NC State today at 6 PM on ESPN2. NC State is favored by 5.5; the over/under is 134.5. They are good and we are good; but the game is on their court. Hard to win on the road in the ACC.
Just checked on the arrival of my wife's flight and SW is going to be 30 minutes early; and the airport is 65 minutes away. Gotta go. Usual tables below.

Got there in plenty of time. And back in time to watch the game; but we might be going out to eat; so I might miss the first half.
Ladies need to start getting a tournament mindset. We need to be better mentally, because physically we are good enough beat anyone.
Ironically, it seems that physicality is where we get beat every time. When Kitley starts insisting on getting the layup instead of settling for the mid-range jumper when the girl guarding her is 3 inches shorter, then we'll start steamrolling teams.
Yes. Kitley mentally needs to get more physical. Soule needs to stop fouling out. King needs to shoot more often and confidently. Amoore needs to stop forcing passes and long threes when it gets close. Gregg needs to clean up the lazy passes. We are not playing with a tournament winning focus. This next set of games, starting tonight, are against tournament quality teams. I am looking for us to make progress.

Little bit of a leg up in the third, but pulled it together. Need to settle down and execute to put it away. Good passes in to Kitley against the face guard should do it.

Most complete game we have played on the road. Tough stretch coming up, but keep getting better under pressure and this team may do well in March.
