LETS GO
HOKIES!
We had Butts for Mutts and let's let it stop there. I don't want to see the gifs for Dong for Long.
Bong for Long?
Gong?
Kong? (Donkey or King)
Bong for Long sounds like a game watching activity.
Thong for long?
Hm. We could reuse the gifs
Pong for Long
There's some good upside potential here. Was up to 36% on 3s this year (though not a ton of attempts) so he's capable of stretching it out to help with overall team spacing. Played mostly PF at ODU and is an above average defender and a very good rebounder, could potentially play in some line ups as a wing. Could provide a lot of flexibility for us with different line up combos
I see him slotting as a small 4 similar to Mutts but slightly less physical.
That's what we need. A less physical presence in the paint than we had this past season. I'm happy to have him in the boat, but I'm going to remain skeptical until CMY regularly gets transfer players who can compete for an entire season at the P5 level.
Apparently had an offer from Buzz as an HS soph (?) in 2017. Avg 2.5 steals/ gm. and looks from the highlights to be twitchy enough to play 3 so hopefully fills the roster hole at 3 position.

Would Nickel still be in play?
I knew his name seemed familiar but I couldn't place it. That old Buzz offer makes sense now.
And Nickel is definitely still in play though there's no timetable yet. Fwiw as things stand with Long's addition, we have one open spot.
Hell yeah let's go Hokies!
Solid solid player. Much needed rebounding help, and improving on the offensive side. Will be great to see how MY and Co develop him further and utilize him throughout the season. Welcome home!
I watched him at URI some, glad he has made the move up to the big leagues.
