Before we get to THE GAMES, I want to be up front that I have not included VT's game against ODU this week. Not that I'm superstitious.
I know a lot of us feel weird picking against the Hokies, so if you want them included in every week there's a spread for the game moving forward, let me know.
I'll be continuing the trend of trying for a decent mix of Top 25, ACC, P5, and G5 games with compelling spreads each week. Remember, the team with a (-X) has to win by more than that amount to beat the spread if you select them. The other team doesn't have to win, necessarily, just not suck as much as Vegas thinks they will.

Does LOLuva suck as much as we think or somehow even more? Only time will tell unless you can read paver shards like tea leaves.

Since the PAC After Dark's days are probably numbers, I guess we're going to have to settle for MWC at Midday

This is a race to see which team got their feet under themselves more last year. I hate Kelly but his team did that also I expect Perkins to just ruin any chance at FSU offense doing anything. Probably gonna be one of the better games of the season but a little extra slop on FSUs side decides it go tigas
(9) Clemson at Duke (CU -12.5)
Clemson is ranked too high this year and I think Duke as found something but Klubnick is still enough to kill Duke.

UTSA at Houston (Hou -0.5) - this is a toss up for me
(21) UNCheat at USCeast (UNCheat -2.5) - I think UNC is a fraud. I think Shane is legit.
(5) LSU at (8) FSU (LSU -2.5) - I won't believe the FSU hype until they are in they playoffs.
(9) Clemson at Duke (CU -12.5) - gosh this one is tough. I think Elko is a really good coach (he proved that last year) and will likely have Duke as prepared as they can be. I can see Clemson stumble out of the gate a bit in this one (it'll be sleepy in Durham) but eventually do enough to win. Not by 2 scores, though.

(9) Clemson at Duke (CU -12.5) - I don't think Clemson really struggles at all in this game despite Elko's success last year. Only reason this one should lose is a late score by Duke to keep it just under the spread

They probably haven't been. Week 1 just ended less than 48 hours ago, gotta give the GM some time to put the post together. That being said, hopefully we don't get a sneak attack Thursday game in this week. That would be a little dirty.
Only one Thursday game this week with NFL kicking off, so pretty safe not to have that game (Murray St-L'ville) on the ticket for picking.
