The writers strike is over and new episodes of "Picksburg" have begun again........
Picksburg is rocked when the small town finds itself in the path of a cyclone and hurricane at the same time. These storms collide and cause the absolute destruction of a secret laboratory where scientist had been trying to combine the DNA of bears and cats. The symbol indicating the entrance to the "bearcat" laboratory had been cleverly disguised to look like a popular fast food chicken franchise to avoid detection. The lab also had been conducting illegal experiments attaching human heels to sheep using tar for unknown reasons. The death of the mutations is investigated but the scientist avoid prosecution by stating they self reported their misdeeds and punished themselves already, which allows them to start up the laboratory once again.
During the storms, a pack of rabid bulldogs escape from the local animal shelter and head to the harbor where the Commodore is forced to deal with them before he loses more than 31.5 passengers. Escaped gators swim down the streets but are washed into a cock fighting pen where a BMW full of game cocks slice up the gators with the razors attached to their feet.
A group of volunteers arrive from the rocky tops of the mountain to help clean up and restore order only to run into trouble with a rogue group of farmers lead by Jimbo, who has been trying to make in roads into the southeast portion of town. The volunteers, clad in their orange safety vests, prove too numerous for Jimbo and his followers, who retreats home to his wife Tammie.
While the town is focusing on the cleanup efforts, a west coast gang plants a trojan horse virus in the cereal factory turning all of the lucky charms marshmallows into horses with condoms as the prize in each box.
