Only for the sake of his stats he I wish Gayle was able to close out more sacks. He certainly created a lot of havoc for opposing QB's and that gets downplayed because his sack #'s were never off the charts like his pressure/hurry #'s.

a lot of times guys get advances from their agents before they're drafted, not saying that's how gayle is getting paid but if i had to guess that'd be mine.

Yeah, it always seemed like he rarely beat his man cleanly, but was always driving the tackle into the backfield/forcing the QB to move.
I've never followed the draft very closely...I didn't realize the prospects were getting paid beforehand...who's paying them? the NFL?
