I counted at least 6 really bad shots, 3-4 open passes missed and several weak ass defensive efforts, including BSU's first basket of the game, all in the first half. But come on man, that dude owned the last 10 minutes of that game.

A third Q1 win and staying clean in Q3 and Q4 at least makes it interesting. That implies enough overall wins that we should be right on the bubble, where we all love to be.

Shooting percentages for both teams were surprisingly similar. Broncos actually had more shots.

Hokies need all the help they can get. Only two other Quad 1 games remaining on the schedule right now. At Miami this Saturday and at UNC mid Feb.
I don't see us in the tourney this year unless we make another miracle run in the ACC tournament.
Yeah, the only Quad 1 wins that are going to help us get to the dance are the ACC tourney semifinal and the ACC tourney final.
