I can't believe I actually read that. My curiosity got the best of me. So from what I gather:
1. UVA is known for being arrogant.
2. They have sucked at every relevant sport for a long time. Like, badly.
3. SUDDENLY THEY ARE AWESOME FOR ONE YEAR.
4. That is all.
Look, I'll give props to their basketball team - they are having a hell of a year and are actually really good. But for God's sake, that post is just begging for attention. Sadly, we have given it to them...
I feel rather ill after looking at that steaming pile of Hoo.

Here, here. Up here in PSU country, everyone hates Michigan teams. But they hate OSU fans more than Michigan fans. Why? Because Michigan fans are intelligent. You can have a conversation with them. That's a helluva school. But OSU fans are all local yokels, and their academics are far inferior to Michigan's. They're the meatheads of the Big Ten.

You can have intelligent conversations with Michigan fans who attended the school. Walmart Wolverines (the large majority of Michigan fans living in the state of Michigan) are a different animal completely - most of them are lucky they can walk and chew gum at the same time.

I admit it. I switched out a shipment to France back in 1997 with zebra urine. I chuckled to myself as the truck left the depot anticipating all of the complaint calls and letters that would flood the customer service line. My master plan was foiled when no one noticed.

I don't hate them. I enjoy our guys dropping a literal shitter on all their heads EVERY year after they've eaten TG. I know the Hoos enjoy being on the receiving end of it too. But that said I did not bother to click on the link and waste my time on that silly HS level attempt at online journalism.

Okay, there are some smart people that go to UVA. Fair enough. I'm sure there's at least 1 or 2. But better looking? Not once have I ever been attracted to a person that is going to UVA, went to UVA, or will go to UVA. And I still sleep extremely well at night.

A coworker of mine and I had to go do some business in hooville once. Now this is an older gentleman in his mid 60's with no ties to either UVA or VT other than working with me, and it was an awesome spring day. All he had to say about the girls on campus was "Well, you can tell the girls that go to this college are smart..."

To be clear they lost to powerhouse Green Bay in mens basketball who despite a good record lost to a directional michigan school this year before only having to play @duke syracuse carolina and @pitt in conference. Hell of an accomplishment. They barely beat us at home. They are going to destroy some peoples brackets this year. Not mine.
