I loved the announcers were talking about how quiet her day was. Then on that possession she gets the ball at the foul line...looks around and steps back to make sure she hits the three.

Idk if it was statistically her best ever, but that felt like Kitley's most dominant game. The rest of the team looked very vulnerable, but it felt like if they just got the ball to Kitley she'd find a way to get two points every time (and get Duke in a lot of foul trouble along the way).

Seemed like Duke's strategy was to let Liz get hers but hound the on ball screens and stay with our perimeter players. This is the opposite of how a lot of teams play us by doubling and sometimes tripling Liz in the post and trying to deny her the ball. Duke has the perimeter players to do this. I'm not sure what adjustments there were to make given Amoore is our only capable ball handler. Be interesting to see how Louisville plays us and what adjustments we make between now and Sunday.

I'm afraid of this strategy. Liz had 34 of our 61 points. King had 0. Luckily Ekh stepped up and Georgia came on late. If we don't step up on outside shooting we lose this game. Hope they can be more balanced in the future.

Probably one of the best/most obvious "we ain't fucking losing" games a Hokie squad, regardless of sport has played in recent memory.
