Did Dakota Howard look as good as the score? Seems like he really hung in there with a much higher ranked wrestler.
Unfortunately missed Howard but will keep an eye out for video.
New to following wrestling but Dakota seemed very balanced with offense, defense, and patience. Keep in mind he was also wrestling up a weight.
Fam!
SWEET CAROLIIIIINE!!!
Can't wait for next Fridays dual. Should be another good one to decide the ACC dual title. NCSU beats Cornell last night so they will definitely be favored.
125: #5 Flynn vs #20 Camacho
133: #13 Latona vs #5 Orine
141: #13 Crook vs #4 Jack
149: #2 Henson vs #3 Arrington
157: Andonian/Ulrey vs #16 Ed Scott
165: #21 Brady vs #12 Fields
174: #2 Mekhi vs #28 Faison
184: #22 Howard vs #13 Fishback
197: #26 Smith vs #2 Hidlay
285: #20 Catka vs #12 Trephan
157, 165 And 184 will be the key matches to decide the dual. No idea where Andonian's recovery is at but it would be huge if he was cleared to go, but I expect to see Ulrey and give him 2 more weeks before the ACC tourney.
What about the Brazilian guy who wrestled last night at 157? He looked legit to me!!! Very unorthodox, explosive
