Going to need the same defense or better tomorrow or refs willing to whistle Hidalgo and Westbeld for fouls. Definitely have to shoot better from the perimeter.

Last half dozen or more games she has been a second half player. It is like she is telling the rest of the team get yours in the first, cause the ball in mine in the 3/4 quarters.

Was getting a bit frustrated with the commentary. I love Liz, but she is not the entire team's identity and Strack doesn't need to be Liz for us to win. All the wanted to talk about when Clara had the ball was "oh, that looks like Liz," or "Liz would have done this." Yes they are both tall, but Strack has established herself differently. I've seen her confidence pick up in the second half of the year (she's a freshman for gosh sake) and I've noticed she seems to be a bit more coordinated with her hands lending her to have more consistent blocks and she goes a bit more towards the hoop than Liz's pivot and fadeaway. I think the future is incredibly bright for her to not be the next Liz, but the next pillar of the Hokie's basketball team

Good for her, she plays a bit like a 4 which will be great for this team going forward especially when Silva gets the hang of ACC ball. Strack's defense is underrated. I also think Wenzel will be a very solid player next year as well.

Yeah Hokies next year at times likely have four players on the floor 6'2 or taller. Silva is either 6'7 or 6'8 now. Even crazier is having 6'5 coming off the bench in Hazelton. Hassett is 6'3 coming from JUCO and Ekh should be back.
