Coach Pry Pre-Spring Press Conference

Areas he said he will be watching closely

1.) Backup QB
2) Mike LB
3) Montavious Cunningham and how he fits
4) Interior Defensive Line

He touches on the importance of the work that Drones has been doing with other QBs and his receivers.

Let's Go!!!!

Life is good.

HOKIES !!

Thanks for putting this up. I was almost in withdrawal.

To quote the Brothers Osborne: "I'm Good For Some But I'm Not For Everyone"

Can.....can they bring them back? I think that would immediately help out our backup QB question.

Never Forget #1 Overall Seed UVA 54, #64 UMBC 74

Lt Rob doing the good work on TKP these days.

I salute you sir!!!

Thanks for posting this. Here's the whole thing for those interested.

My main takeaway?

All noise sounds the same...

*Ducks*

I'm still here for the return of the Pry-ssr.

I plan on doing them for Spring and Fall camp. I might need a little help as we move into the season.

Accepting applications now y'all.

I can probably lend a hand throughout the season, I usually watch the in season pressers right when they're released.

Coach on Sons of Saturday with a good chat.

This guy gets it. Perfect cultural fit!

Didn't hear Pry address it, but Andy Bitter is reporting that Givens was working with the OL.

Better late than never. Let's hope he puts it together quickly

"That's it guys. Let's get out of here. That cold drink's waitin' on us, let's go." - Mike Young after win no. 300.

Sorely needed. Kid came to his senses...I know it's more glamorous to be Aaron Donald instead of Quenton Nelson, i'm sure that translate to the college ranks as well. We gave the kid a fair shot at DL and he wasn't able to break through. He was a 4* kid based on his OL potential, let's see if it pays off.

He listed at 285lbs - he's get to eat, eat, eat for the next six months. Must be nice, haha.

So while I have no clue who Quenton Nelson is, if he's an olinemen the he's probably been to numerous pro bowls because once you make on its hard not to get selected again and again becuase it's so hard to judge oline

Nelson is arguably the best guard in football and future HOFer.

Kid came to his senses

I thought the coaches moved him to defense because he had lots of issues (footwork and technique - I think French detailed this as well) on OL?

Edit: I stand corrected

my memory was he came to vt bc he wanted to be DL and other schools were not willing to let him

Danny is always open

He specifically stated he would only commit to a school if he could play DL.

I feel like this is a pivotal off-season for him. With two years of wasted development at DL, he's got to make the most of this opportunity to crack the depth chart at OL.
