I always get him confused with the other coaches on the staff named Fontel.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me.

Happy for Mines, he has been absolutely outstanding for us.

Hoping we can keep him around for a few years and if he does leave, it is for a promotion to O.C. or higher and not simply to SEC or B1G for more $$$.

Outside of title. Pay. Etc. Would be curious if this move is partially to add a large(r) buy-out into his contract?

I didn't think it was normal for position coaches to have buyouts. Normally they have short contract lengths of like 2 years.
