They released Will Montgomery earlier today. Hopefully he can find a deal with another team pretty quickly.

Skins also lost Darryl Tapp yesterday. He signed with the Lions where he will go back to playing DE, as opposed to LB like in Washington. I believe that will make him our lone D-line rep in the league.

Eh, not really. He's our strong side OLB so he blitzes a lot, but I wouldn't say he plays DE really.

I was so happy when we signed Morgan, but good god did he underperform, especially for his contract. Sad to see Tapp go, but we weren't using him properly or enough. I like Montgomery, but it was time to move on from him.
DHall I think is a steal at his contract, and I hope his play can keep up at his current level. It crazy to me to think they cut him last year.
