ON3 ranks Pry as 12th best ACC headcoach

Yes, it's completely meaningless, but I don't care; I'm here for the offseason fodder.

how is Tony Elliott higher on this list than anyone?

Honestly, even though Brown hasn't coached a single game, his recruiting should be enough to put him over Tony

Meh, TE recruited some bangers at Clemson. Just like Fran did at UGA.

We don't know if Fran is good or bad tho -- we know Tony Elliott is pretty bad at this point

Idk how Mario is this high. Literally lost 3ish games last year purely due to coaching blunders.

A list with no criteria is pointless.
Is this based only on ACC results?
Only on career results as head coach?
Based on the NIL total they get their players?
Is this the order he expects in terms of win/losses this season?

Class of 1999

plus it's "power rankings" that has Dabo behind Norvell after the respective seasons they both had

I am going to be more interested in the comparison at the end of the next football season than the pre-season.

This!

Yup, an $EC fan boi, who hasn't posted on twitter frequently for nearly 4.5 years, and "writes" for ON3.

With what we know so far I can't really argue that the top 5 aren't the top 5 (order could be argued).

After that I have no clue how they are ranking anyone. Cristobal can't coach, Bill O'Brien hasn't been a college head coach in a long time and had a lot better players everywhere he's been. Narduzzi had one good season. Manny Diaz has been better than Pat.

I'd say Narduzzi has been pretty good by Pitt standards - he's had the best results of any Pitt coach since the early 80's.

Wannsedt had a better record and Walt Harris was not that much worse. Pat has really just done what Pitt has done over the last 30 years.

Pat the salt won the ACC.

And Harris and Wannsedt won the BE.

LOL - clown list bro. Ask any hard corps Purdue fan if Brohm is a great coach. lol. And bill O brien? funny. Why not just put Pry last?

Quick someone look up the flights out of Blackburg....

Proud Hokie since 2004.

This is probably a nothingburger, but a little bulletin board material never hurts if someone on the staff/team spins it into a little extra motivation.

I don't know who Fran Brown is, but how would you like to be the only guy keeping Tony Elliot from last place?

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me.

Cuses new coach- supposedly a great recruiter. But they won't be able to do better than Babers at that shit hole basketball school unless they hire Saban out of retirement

Right now, pry is a sub .500 coach. If we go 8-4 this year, he finds himself at .500. As long as we keep trending up, he will end up on the right side of these polls.
But he started off with a hole he has to dig out of.
