My wife is a NASCAR fan. She's had the preface stuff on all morning.
They have been talking up VT and UT and the game all broadcast.
Beamer and the Head Coach for UT were Grand Marshall.
This has been good publicity for us.

Anyone get the video of this? I miss it...
From what my friend told me about all the tailgating/festivities that happen at Bristol Motor Speedway (for NASCAR races at least, he goes all the time) throughout the week before the event, people who going to the game and tailgating are in for a REAL treat. Some things include topless women jello wrestling and riding mechanical bulls, etc. Hope there arent many women that get offended by this or get down voted, just relaying the message. :)
Although that may be the norm for a NASCAR race, I doubt that will be the case for a football game. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't expect to see anything that isn't PG. I'm sure there it is expected that many families will be in attendance.
Not usually that kind of stuff right before the race but in the days and nights prior to it.
People take the week off and come in with campers for a week before a race.
