i used to drive past the cc running up s main street at about 5:50 am every morning on my way to work. i felt like yall and myself were the only people awake in all of blacksburg.

now that its a bit lighter/warmer out it can actually be really beautiful, especially on the way back around 6:30, but those 5am walks across the drill field cut right through your soul and you start questioning a LOT of life choices haha.

Daylight Savings Time was always a bit of a soulcrusher, though. It's starting to get lighter and a tad less frigid and then *BAM* right back into the freezing darkness again.

5:30 PT sessions, certainly don't miss those!! It's actually the ROTCs working out, but then again you have to be in VTCC if you're in ROTC so same thing pretty much.

One time we snuck into Lane and did stairs, that was awesome

I feel like the culture is changing, Stanford said. People are more ready to work hard. We call it having dog. And I feel like more guys have dog, the whole team.
Theres a look in everyones eyes that kind of wasnt there a couple years ago. I think its because we have young guys who watch Tech not be successful. And if we watched that, were all on one accord, all committed to changing.

Stares at Curt Newsome and Marcus Davis... and growls.
