My wife worked at Dahlgren in the 80's when she was an Ensign. We are Navy on both sides of the family, so Go Navy! Beat Army!
he never talked about it, and he died when I was very young, but my dad was in the army. he ran the electrical grid (MS EE '95) for public works at nswc for a number of years though, where the go navy comes in.

I agree. You could tell the good ones because they would quickly understand that they did not know shit and find a good petty officer to learn the trade.
My dad was in the army, so I guess I should be pulling for them. But I've never gotten too into the rivalry.
My mom served in the Navy during WW2, my dad did 20 years in the Navy, then worked for them until retirement. I was born on the Naval Academy.

CBS has had the rights since 1996 (through 2038). I doubt it was even an option for game day to be there.
Gameday went to every one from 2000-2020. They also went last year.
If it's not SEC or CFP, they just don't care anymore at ESPN.

I've worked with too many Boat School d-bags that despite being in the Navy, I root for Army.
Nobody in the services gives one flying fuck other than Academy grads, and it's kinda gross when ET3 Timmy has to participate in a spirit spot.
Wife and I were at her department Christmas party last night. Game was on and effectively over. One of her coworkers walks in wearing her Academy sweater, I greeted her with a hearty "Go Army" and she rolled her eyes and avoided me the rest of the night.
