Virginia Tech has a long history of brothers playing with each other and moments ago, they added another brother duo to the fold in Blacksburg with the transfer commitment of Wingate cornerback Joseph Reddish, the older brother of safety Quentin Reddish.
The older Reddish entered the transfer portal on December 3 after posting four interceptions, 11 pass break ups, 33 tackles, one sack, and blocking one field goal.
Younger brother Nick Reddish is also a Hokies target. My immediate thought is that this is recruiting focused and less about coming in to bolster the secondary.

This is definitely a hoard the Reddishes play
Go Hokies! Brothers U. Also his little brother did post something about it, so quite possible this is a trifecta play as noted above
Give me all of the
FullersReddish's.Simplifies the parents' weekend travel plans.
Gotta make the mom's happy
Not too happy though
Say "Hi" to them, but not "Hey baby, how you doin'?"
Yeah, not this:
Our DB room is looking very young next year. Hopefully he can lead by example and keep the young guys in the room working
One made us Reddish, two makes us Redder.
Three will make us maroon
Wingate? Like, in South Carolina? Pronounced Wingit? I didn't even know they had a football team.
Can we not comment on a commitment post 2 weeks after the commitment?
I thought it was a decommitment announcement.
With transfers, it is unlikely you see a de commitment this year. They are signing binding paperwork this go around.
Who knows what it will be next year. But, this year, our blood pressure levels are a bit safer.
Only good until Spring Portal.
I didn't see it the first go around. It was around the holidays.
