Just checked the box score... only 10 total turnovers including 2 overtimes... It was such a great game to watch and the ladies had amazing fight and heart the whole way. You can see the cohesion and growth right on the screen.

Got home from my business meeting in time for the fourth quarter. I would take credit for the hokies rallying, but nothing takes away from those girls. Awesome win.

Not only a great win on the road against a ranked conference opponent, but just an amazing effort from a short bench for a ton of minutes in 2OT. They deserve all the rest they can get for WF @ home on Sunday.

Congrats to Hokies women's basketball on a high quality win!
Megan Duffy now has as many wins against the top 15 as Kenny Brooks did through his first three years at Tech.
Also, Fun Fact, the first #1 that Tech ever played in women's basketball was ODU in Carol Alfano's first year.
Used to interview Carol as a student- she was awesome! a trip to talk to.
That is okay, the talking heads will now say well GT hadn't really played anybody so they weren't actually a top 15 team.
