HOKIES in the NFL 2025

The NFL offseason is heating up, and we have our first Hokie news. Brock Hoffman re-signs with the Cowboys for undisclosed terms. He was an exclusive-rights free agent, and is expected to compete at right guard to replace the retiring Zack Martin.

Saw that about Hoffman. Glad my 'boys retained him. They like his versatility to play any of the 3 interior spots and his playing with an attitude. Filled in really really nicely for 7 starts when Martin went down.

My wife takes the kids and leaves the house while I watch my Hokie games.........nuff said

If Jerr Bear is serious about getting better he needs more and better beef around Hoffman. As far as I'm concerned, the quality of line play dropped significantly since Travis Frederick left.

I don't expect anything to change though. Why would he? Dude is the ringmaster of the media circus and rakes in cash from it.

Hoffman is creating a nice career for himself for a UDFA.

His reputation for being a dick (or an "alpha" if I'm being nice) has followed him to the NFL (Link Here).

Hoffman's father, Brian, coached at Catawba College, but it was actually his mother, Stephanie who installed the spirit.

"I remember in the third grade she called me soft," Hoffman said. "She called me another word, but soft is what I would say. And ever since then, I was never going to be a soft football player."

He has not forgotten those words. He said the best way to describe his play is "physical and nasty."

Well now French, others, and I may have a little more understanding with Hoffman's on-the-football field indiscretions.

Maybe but Jonathan Taylor had 90% of Colts carries last season

If they break down the carries 70/30 that rests Taylor some.

It's not a team thing, it's a Taylor thing. Dude doesn't want to come off the field ever.

As a Jonathan Taylor Owner in fantasy the last couple years... he comes off the field way too damn much

Danny is always open

Production versus participation. 2022 into 2023 was him getting injured and recovering but last season he actually had the second most carries of his career
