Hokies went 2-2 this last week beating JMU midweek and then losing series to NC State 2-1. They are now 13-7 on the season.
This week they have VCU at home today at 4pm on ACCNX. This weekend they host #16 Louisville (16-3). Friday is 4pm on ACCNX, Saturday is 3pm on ACCNX and Sunday is 1pm on ACCNX.

Up 11-1 in the 5th
13-1 now in top of the 6th. They are playing 10 run rule so if Hokies maintain to 7th this one will be in the books. Hokies subbed out 7 of the 9 starters in the 6th inning.
Berzonski comes in with no outs and runners on 1st and 2nd with a run already in and shuts the door on the 6th.

If we didn't have the "famine" in this feast of famine offense we might have 2 losses on the year and we'd be ranked at least in the top-15.You could say much the same about our men's and women's basketball team when it comes to those famines that impacted their seasons. I can only scratch my head.

Hokies go on the road all next week with the mid-week game @ Radford, then the weekend series @ Wake.
