The Ladies host the 18-17 Texas Tech Red Raiders today at 4 PM. Most of us will not be able to watch because it's streamed on ESPN+. Let's Go!!!
Hokies
booooo espn+
I wish I could give you 10,000 legs for this
Luck is 100% on the side of TT right now, unfortunately. Effort, however, still seems to be in favor of the Hokies.
I dont have espn+ but just saw we are down 29-12... um wtf
Refs calling ticky tack crap on us and nothing on them. And we can't get a rebound to save our life
Rose never moved there and they whistle her for offensive foul, what a load of bullshit
Christ now we are reviewing a play that wasn't even whistled a basic foul??
Refs have been absolute booty cheeks, and may be partially to blame for the difference in offensive rebounds (13 vs 2), but 2 for 9 from beyond the arc is killing us too.
You say booty cheeks like they're a bad thing
I feel like they are a bad thing more often than they're a good thing. It's similar to the realization that nudist colonies are usually full of old hippies and not hot chicks in their 20s.
Unless you're into old hippies, in which case I'm happy for you and recommend moving to Floyd county.
Regardless, don't move to Floyd County.
Source: I grew up in Carroll County
Ha what's your issue with Floyd? Living there as a single guy in his 20s wasn't optimal, but I wouldn't mind living there again once I have my relationship status better situated. Biggest drama around my parents' place was the time one of the local herds of cows ate the local hippy lady's weed years ago before it was decriminalized so she didn't have any recourse.
Now downtown Floyd, I get. It very much feels like a tourist trap, which I can see being fairly polarizing.
Inquiring minds want to know about the cows....
Animals tend to like the stuff. Doesn't do anything for them, high-wise.
There have been stories of a local sheriff that had a pet deer that could track down patches people had hidden in the woods.
I wish I had more details. It happened before my family lived in Floyd. From what I heard, the old hippy lady at the end of the road was growing an amount of marijuana that was much greater than one could reasonably consume on their own. Cows escaped and destroyed her crop. It was all beef cattle, so no THC infused milk was shipped anywhere, and no specifics on how the cows were doing after eating too many edibles. The hippy lady was very upset, but as mentioned, she couldn't do anything as she would've faced jail time back then if she reported it to any legal authority. The rest of the neighbors appreciated the incident as there was a sudden drop of traffic on their unpaved road for a little while. The old hippy lady isn't around anymore, I can't imagine consuming colloidal silver helped her, but the farmer is still around and a good dude.
The steaks were high
Nice, I knew there was a good joke there somewhere.
It was high crimes and mis-steer-meanors.
At my age, old hippies describes me and most of my best friends. Their kids aren't even in their 20s anymore. It's all relative, my friend.
Phyllis and Agnes need love too. Go live your best life my man!
I've still got some time before I get there.
Don't ever change TKP 😂😂
This is the kind of content which makes me keep coming back to read the recent comments. I certainly didn't have "nudist colonies are usually full of old hippies" on my bingo card.
1. Tell me I'm wrong.
2. At some point I just accepted that my brain doesn't work normally.
3. I appreciate that you said "Don't ever change TKP" in the old messaging system format. It's a nice touch!
Was a guy on the radio many years ago talking about how he got a hotel room and it ended up looking over a nude beach. Said he took one look and wanted to call marine mammal rescue as it looked like there were a bunch of beached whales on shore.
The fact Rose only has 3 shots with 5 minutes left just shows how out of sync they have been all game.
Not the way I wanted it to end, but we still had a successful year. Much better than projected. If we can keep our team together, we have the beginnings of another good team. Wentzel, Baker, White, Nelson and Suffren will make a good starting lineup.
Not enough size in that group for the ACC. Petersen and Baker will be on together. Sears will be in Ekh's spot. Expect Duffy to pursue at least two bigs in portal.
Hopefully the portal will give us more than it will take from us.
Petersen is showing signs of being really good. She definitely plays bigger than her height.
