More staff is better, right?
Not necessarily. If a videographer becomes the running backs coach.... etc...
i am totally cised for you to be the football gm. i know of nobody more qualified.
Looks like some decent backgrounds. I see we're trying to get more scoop on USCe.
The Pry era of Virginia Tech football may not be successful on the field, but at least he's pushing the administration to invest, so the next guy will be (hopefully) better set up for success, then Pry was.
Didn't Fuente struggle to do the same thing?
He did
Fair. When fuente was here, we were a mile behind the competition. Now we're like a half mile behind lol.
Brent needs to have a season just to change perception. USAToday ranked him 15th of 17th of ACC coaches, just ahead of Tony Elliott and Frank Reich.

Oof just read the list. I would disagree with some parts of it, but I don't think you can put Pry higher than 13.
On the other hand, nowhere to go but up.
Ya gotta win ya games.
Needs to go undefeated in the season and win every game by one score just to get to the "bad in one score games" level from atrocious/disappears
He needs a 9 win season to hit .500 as a head coach. I see 7 as more likely.
If he pulls off the 9 wins, he could go with 7 win seasons from here on and be ok.
8 wins requires a subsequent 8 win season to hit .500.
7 wins requires a subsequent 9 win season to hit .500.
6 wins requires a subsequent 10 win season.
5 wins probably gets him fired.
Wow, why do they hate Frank Reich so bad?
