Hokies 2025 Transfer Class Breakdown

As a sort of follow up to my 6 hour radius breakdown from a few weeks ago, I recompiled my data to look into whether the Hokies improved the roster solely based on the incoming and outgoing portal players.

The static images are not interact-able, so I will give a few insights, but feel free to click the link below and play around with the interactive charts.

The defensive backfield, DL, and WR groups improved the most, by 2-4 points each on average. Every other group stayed about the same based on average grades. We took in 12 players from the P4, while 16 left for a P4 school. By P4 conferences we had an even amount of players leave for the SEC and B12, but our incoming P4 transfers were mostly from the B12 and ACC. Part of that skew can be explained by all the WVU guys following Moore, but makes you wonder how the breakdown would have been without him.

I'll add some more detail this evening when I have a moment.

There is still time for Dayton, Clemson, McNeese to steal him.

God I hope no one steals my time this evening. I barely have any as it is.

Those little ones WILL occupy a lot of your time...but don't worry it gets easier in just a couple decades....
