Would expect him in a sixth man role - primary backup for Trae Young and another wing depth option behind Dyson Daniels and Jalen Johnson.
Would have loved to see him in a starting role but he's getting paid above market value with a front office that's really going for it.
Congrats to NAW, big moment for him.

Better than Dorian Finney-Smith's new deal, 4 years $53M for him to Rockets. Smith is coming off an ankle surgery though which played a role.
He's also 4.5 years older
5.5
woops
DFS is going to play with Durant in a state he lived in for a long time. Houston may enter next year as the favorite in the West. I think he's got a great deal.
No state income tax in Texas vs. whatever ungodly amount he would have been paying in LA.
Would be about 1m in taxes assuming no deductions. But that's not what he would pay due to different state laws as he some times has to pay taxes in the states he plays in. So he would pay some where north of half that amount.
Extra 500k / year in his shoes (several children, very low probability of making 10+ mil / year ever again) is massive.
I mean I fully understand the struggle, but 3 kids is several? Just because it feels like an insane number some times doesn't mean it is.
Lol, given how expensive kids are these days, I'm shocked when families plan to have more than two.
I mean our third was so unexpected she was 1m before we new she exiated.
Funny, I've always called 2 of anything 'a couple', 3-4 'several or a few, and 5-10 'a bunch or a group'.
I read several and thought is this the next Shawn Kemp?
