Prefontaine Classic is Saturday in Eugene and several folks with Hokie connections are competing.
Former Hokie Jacory Patterson will be in the 400m.
Tangential Hokie and Gold Medallist Cole Hocker as well as alumni Neil Gourley will be running the Bowerman Mile. This one should be good with Hocker and Grant Fisher going at it. Notre Dame alumni Yared Neguse is also in the stacked field.
Alumni Vincent Ciattei is running the mens international mile. Several wahoos and Ethan Strand from UNC are also in this one.
Looks like half of the events will be shown on NBC from 4 to 6 PM ET. The earlier stuff is streaming on USATF.tv.
