3-star prospect according to 247 - #15 Pro-style QB in the 2015 class.
Interestingly, Rivals has him listed as a Dual-Threat (3-star, as well). He did put up some decent rushing stats...
Offers from the Cousins, BC, NC State, Maryland, and Cinci, among others (23 total).
From the looks of his highlight video he was running for his life. Oddly enough, he seems to be getting a lot of schools interested in him for only being a 3 Star QB.
Lefty offered him, his Stars will increase.
Wait until an SEC team offers, he'll be a 4 star, with a bonus star for committing.
Starting to feel bad for Nick Johns, that kid really wants to be a hokie and is patiently waiting for Lefty to offer him.
I like his film and can see why he may be considered a DT QB. Kid does have some nice wheels and has a nice arm to boot.
I can see why Lefty offered. Kid is a stud and his offer list and stars will go up. Great touch on short, mid, and long range balls, seems calm and collected in the pocket, and has the motor to run. Would be thrilled if he turned out to be a Hokie.
