There are 8 Secs left on the clock and he needs 35-40 yards to even have a chance for a FG, numbnuts. Zero timeouts. He can't throw a 6 yard dump pass.

Yeah, and literally right before that play happened one of the two of the commentators said something about how it can't be a chunk play because of how little time they had left for how far they needed to go down the field with no timeouts.

Has anyone heard why the ACC, as far as I know, is the only conference that does the live listen-in on the official reviews? Watching Minnesota @ Oregon and was surprisingly disappointed I couldn't hear what they were saying during the review of a TD catch.

It was new this year and only on Thur/Fri broadcasts. Think its two birds one stone. Reduce some of last years criticism and allows ESPN to experiment with us like MLB does with MiLB and NFL does with UFL.

I think the absolute insanity of the carousel this year might be the only thing that saves him.
If you are USCe you're now a distant 4th on the Totem Pole of SEC teams looking for a HC and everyone else has a head start.
Not to mention if Kiffin and Drinkwitz get poached...you're now even deeper down the well.
I mean, I don't discount any level of undeserved arrogance in modern CFB but it would be really really difficult for them to find a top hire IMHO.
I see it as similar to our Pry search where we clearly settled for our (at best) 3rd option (that no other major programs had interestin as HC)...that turned out quite poorly

Sc clock management at end of 2nd quarter was mind numbing. 24 seconds and 3 timeouts with first and hoal from the 9 and somehow only run 2 plays and kick fg on 3rd down

Chestnut Hill doesn't sound too sleepy today. There was a nice "refs, you suck" after BOB's unsportsmanlike following a no call on Haynes King throwing past the line of scrimmage.
Edit: The replay showed King just barely kept the ball behind the line.
