Believe all expenses were covered by the event. This is NIL above that.
That is a pretty good haul. 1st look at the team at this high level passed my expectations. Some of the youngblood really showed out especially Nininger & Campbell. With Sasso Burton and Crook all promising. 5 top tier matches in just over 24 hours. Hats off to them!
Nininger's only going to get better training with the Hitman every day. He puts up points like Andonian did but in his own style.
I read where Flosports (parent of Flowrestling) helped organize the event and inked a 3 year media deal to host the event. I loved watching the National Duals this early in the season - kind of had the March championship vibes but with the team scores coming into play.

It was pretty awesome and I like that it will shake up the wrestler rankings. My only hope is they punish the Penn State wrestlers for opting out of it. No way they should get bumped up for sitting out because guys above them lost this weekend. You had most of the top 16 teams involved so the majority of the top 10 wrestlers in every weight class going at it.
If they bump the PSU guys up now they likely are there the rest of the year because their schedule is pretty light this year and will get gifted the top spots in the National Championship tourney. Make them earn their way up.
