I will never have anything bad to say about Brent Pry the man. I think EVERY Hokie wished he would have figured out how to win, but he didn't, and it was time to move on

I said this earlier on when Fuente closed practices, no one wants to fire a nice guy. Fuente alienated a lot of people not by being an asshole, but just not being outwardly nice, Pry seemed to be outwardly nice to everyone and no one wanted him fired, they just didn't want him coaching VT anymore.

How often is it that a head coach gets fired at such a high profile school and the relationship between fans, administration, and coach are solid enough that he gets brought on to be an advisor or analyst with that same school within 6 months?
If this goes down, just shows that VT truly is a special place. Anywhere else, that ground is salted for eternity.

Brent Pry is welcome to grace the Worsham field sidelines any time. If he wants it, I hope there is a place for him at VT.
Kolby was predicting he will be an analyst this year on d
I've never wanted someone to succeed so bad. Let him cook if he can though, just no head whistle
Analyst would be great. I'd definitely prefer that over DC.

Like Penn State....
Something like that would also payoff longterm when Franklin retires after his second natty and we have to look again for coaches.
