Happy Thanksgiving to all of TKP, their families, and friends. Thankful for our growing family (daughter's wedding a few weeks back) and the future of VT Athletics. BBall game this afternoon will be a great distraction. May the recruits flow into Hokieland!

Thankful to be in America this year (Richmond) and be able to enjoy Thanksgiving week with our three college aged children. Not to mention the wonderful food with all the fixings that are hard to come by in Peru. Turkeys they have aplenty but cranberries and fried onions to go on your green bean casserole are non-existent. Go Hokies, beat CSU!

I'm thankful for this forum.
Life has been challenging, to say the least.
TKP has been a crucial outlet for me when I've needed to get a break.
Many thanks to Joe and company and all the posters who keep it light, entertaining as crap and informative.
Happy Thanksgiving and God Bless.

100%. This site and community is the best place to get your Hokie news in an informative and humorous manner. Glad we (especially Joe) all survived the last several years and have the Franklin football era to rejuvenate our tired Hokie souls

Well, thanks to the connecting flight being cancelled and spending the night at the Denver airport, we finally made it to Edmonton ~30 hours after leaving the house in NJ. United's excuse for cancelling the flight was it was too cold in Edmonton. My wife's comment's about having weeks where it never got above -30 and looking up that ours was the only flight in that was cancelled really made us call out the United BS. Next time, we should just stick to Sopwith Camel Airlines.

Went to fresh market tonight to get some eggnog and to my surprise and joy I find a full shelf of Ukrops White House rolls for sale. I have missed these since I left VA in 2008.

I found and bought 3 packs before getting to my dad's house cuz I knew we'd kill one pack during dinner, one pack the next day for leftover Thanksgiving sandwiches, and then I wanted a pack to take home with me.

Happy Franksgiving
Um did I miss Wednesday and sleep right through it?
Tonight is the night we all go out to the turkey patch and await the arrival of the Great Gobbler
Side note: I one time had to explain to a coworker that, yes, Thanksgiving is on Thursday every year. He was in his fifties.
I'm pretty sure the Great Gobbler arrived last week on a private jet. He has come to gobble up all of the recruits. Be thankful!
Happy thanksgiving to TKPers everywhere!
Will be travelling this afternoon and evening, so wanted to post it before the trip. And I needed an excuse to post more Peanuts material.

Well then happy travels and have a safe thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving FAM. Wishing safe travels, good family, and good eats for everyone!
I'm thankful for James Franklin and renewed hope in VT football among other things
Happy thanksgiving everyone! I'd take basketball blowing out Colorado state tonight as a nice shock too.

OCEAN SPRAY WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE
Cranberry sauce on turkey is excellent, even on turkey sandwiches. Yum!
Cranberry sauce not on turkey is even better...
Be sure to drink a huge glass of milk right afterwards... /s
That sounds fun
I mean.... remove the /s 😁😁
My wife's is better than anything in a can.
Also happy Thanksgiving from James Franklin's previous coaching stop
Happy Thanksgiving TKP
Tonight is the night for the annual viewing of the greatest T'giving show ever.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
Drive safe
Drink responsibly
Don't increase or decrease the population
No, you can't cancel one out with the other.
Happy Thanksgiving, to all my extended FAM
Happy Gobble Gobble Day TKP!!!
Turkey went in the oven at 8am. Smells like Thanksgiving!
I feel like NBC is missing an opportunity for Hoda and the Hokie Bird to throw down with the generic turkey at the Macy's parade
My 46 lbs of turkey's are finishing up in the ovens. Nothing like cooking for 40+.
Wow! Is that 2 or 3 turkeys? Mine is 20lb.
It's actually 46 one-pound pheasants.
Do I have to fight that or the single 46 pound pheasant?
I think one 46 pounder is your best bet.
22 and 24 lb birds. I had scraps left over.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all and your families. I hope you all enjoy your time together.
Happy Hokie Day!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Happy Thanksgiving to all TKP.
May our bellies be full and let our waist lines and WIN column continue to grow.
Just woke up from my nap to get a piece of fudge. Hope you all are having a lovely day.
I love this holiday.

There is nothing quite so uncomfortable as sleeping in an airport

I've never seen them in Florida. Saw them once in a Kroger in SC when we lived there.
