They SEC is favored in almost every game. Its possible the ACC gets completely shut out on women's side.

Comments
If you are still up the UNC Kentucky matchup has been incredible
Well, the ACC is already doing better than last year...when Clemson was the only team that won a damn game
Women's side could be that way or worse this season. Its unreal how lopsided that side is this time.
ACC up 6-3 on men's side after day 1.
Really weird seeing UVA using a full court press, man-to-man defense and chasing offensive rebounds. Apparently they are the #1 Offensive Rebounding team in the country so far.
UVA's big from Germany is light years better than Dorn. He plays more like a 7 foot version of Neo.
ACC men are 0-3 so far tonight and trail in 3 of the final 4 games. BC blew a lead in final seconds and then lost in OT.
Tied 6-6
0-4
Trail 7-6
Trail big in two of three remaining games. UVA is destroying Texas.
0-6 with UVA about to win.
SEC wins the challenge 9-7. Great first day. Shit the bed Day 2.
At least we did our part
Still have tomorrow. Ladies have 8-1 Florida coming to Cassell. Florida lost a headscratcher to Navy by 15 but won by double-digits in seven of their eight wins.
They are 2-0 against the ACC with wins over FSU and GT. Sophomore Guard Liv McGill is in the conversation for Womens Player of the Year. She is putting up 26.3 ppg, 5.6 reb, 6 asts, and only 5'9.
Much improved vs last season.
Good thing the ACC went all in on basketball at the expense of football, right?
Women went 1-5 with Stanford/Tennessee ongoing. Syracuse beat Auburn for ACC sole win tonight.
Out of the matchup this season were Wake and BC, but they fared worse than the teams in. Wake lost to William & Mary and BC got dusted 76-49 by QUINNIPIAC. FFS....
So the ladies need to go like 14-4 in conference or something to make the tourney this year?
Most likely and need to win convincingly
Day one in the books and Ladies and Men both went 1-6.
Combined 2-12 day. Just brutal.
UVA up 46-27 on Texas at the half. They hit 9 treys in the first half.
Hokies matched the day one ACC win total in the first game.
ACC trails in three of the five current games. #22 Louisville with slight lead over #3 South Carolina under 4 minutes to play. SMU up big on Arkansas.
Miss St just beat Pitt so 1-1 on the night.
ACC trails 7-2
SCar gets 6 straight points to lead by 3 with 23 seconds left and gets a review to change 3 point foul to a 2 point foul so Louisville trails 78-77 with 23 seconds to go.
Louisville appeared to force turnovers but official called a tie up and SCar possession
79-77 SCar with 7.7 seconds to go. Louisville ball side out.
Welp SCar wins too.
the officiating in this entire challenge has been very one sided.
Oof, other than Louisville/SC, the rest of the games weren't even close....
We might have a better shot than we think in conference this year.
There were predictions ACC could go 0-16 this year because of how the matchups fell out
ACC lost four of five 7pm games
2-5 on the night
3-10 now with 3 games at 9pm.
Hokies, SMU and Syracuse only winners so far
Holy crap, the E(SEC)PN announcers in each game are hard to listen to with their SEC homerism.
Agreed but that's what ACC Network announcers should be doing for us but never do and ACC leadership have zero to say on it.
But it's not even the SEC network - it's ESPN. I had to switch away from the ND/Ole Miss game. It's a really good game, but the verbal cunnilingus was just too much....
It was SEC network announcers in that one even though it was on ESPN2.
Ladies lost two more with Cal losing to Mizzou and LSU blasting Duke
The announcers for the UNC/UK men's game are quite sad about UNC pulling off that win.
Absolutely...they were crushed the TarHeels pulled that one out. It was so clear in their body language. Slumped shoulders, few words.
3-12 now with Notre Dame trailing late at Ole Miss
Notre Dame loses
ACC falls 13-3
For things like this, they should contract the referees from a different conference.
