Another episode of Foster and Friends, Bud shares about the candidates they interviewed:
- Sumrall and silverfield were 'football guys'.
- Sumrall was super competitive, willing to hire anyone who was good, and Bud liked that energy.
- Golesh was like a mad scientist. Bud had fun talking to him.
- Chesney was the most polished, and in bud's opinion had the most coaching experience.
It's a good pod to subscribe to. Bud is pretty honest.

All of this makes me happy to hear because what we actually got (for once) was our FIRST choice, one that will hopefully be even better for VT than any of these guys, all of whom sound like winners too.
Summerall and Chesney would have been my picks of the bunch. I dont know how golesh is going to do, he had an advantage like Napier where he had better players than a lot of his opponents.
