Arkansas State still takes their spring game more seriously than LOLUVA

Not sure how many of you saw this, but Arkansas State is auctioning off the chance to coach their Spring Game on Ebay.

Currently it is at $11,600 for the opportunity

They are bound to have more people show up than LOLUVA gets just by doing this.

There's always a lighthouse. There's always a man. There's always a city.

I'll be working at the LOLUVA spring dress rehearsal tomorrow, and will offer up my observations.

Take the shortest route to the ball and arrive in bad humor.

man, you really are in enemy territory.

Don't there have to be enemies present to be in their territory?

That's (admittedly one of many reasons) why we refer to them as "France".

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

So what you're saying is there will be more Hokie fans that UVA fans at their spring game?

"Exit light..."

This. From now on, I vote we call LOLUVA's spring game their dress rehearsal. Well done, InEnemyTerritory

I think it is a great promotion, heck I would love to see Tech do something like this only if the money went to a good charity. Yeah, you only get to call the second team but who cares!

I'll donate $5 to the "Let French coach" fund if the rest of you guys put in the other $9,995.

A nice concept to generate interest and funds. Maybe my high school (sophomore, junior years) coach will bid... Oh, on second thought, he already coached at Arkansas State. Certainly whoever wins the bidding will do better in one spring game than he did in his two years there (and Wyoming).
