I haven't seen/heard anything as of yet but with the depth we have in the backfield, I'm not going to be surprised if he leaves after the semester is over.
Has anyone heard anything about him?

You're absolutely correct, I haven't heard much about him either.
I like his abilities in open space, pretty darn fast. I wonder if he can stick as a slot receiver
Don't try to start a rumor. He's one of the fastest guys on the team. He has a role to play.
Yes, this.
I've been on the Mangus bandwagon since the first time I saw him carry the ball. I think he should be our number 1. I know many will disagree with me, but he looks great.
He got a good amount of reps in the last scrimmage, and I believe he should be one of our primary return men.
Who do you see as the other return guy? Knowles or Coleman? I wouldn't be surprised to see Newsome back there.
Maybe we should just put Rogers back there
I vote Mangus as our primary returner. Him and Newsome are my pics but PLEASE no more Knowles back there. Burn is good if you are really just wanting to fair catch but Mangus, Newsome and Jarrett seem like the best returners.
No Jarrett...he can't get hurt.
I feel bad for Willie Byrn. There is no other player on the roster that people seem to struggle with naming more.
He said "Burn", I was thinking he meant "Knowles", as in "burn defenders".
Right....along with Leal and Caleb...and everyone else who isn't #1 on the depth chart. They are all going to transfer to Ohio State.
A tad bit drastic haha
That was a joke about everyone transferring. My point being, transfers are not that common. Just because a player gets passed on the depth chart doesn't mean he is going to just pick up and leave. Mangus is only a r-So if I am not mistaken. He can still play a role, as can Caleb.
I think it is silly to just assume someone is automatically going to transfer just because they aren't the starter.
Yeah I know, just messing around! I think they can be contributors as well.
I can actually see Caleb contributing this year with the running backs. Anyone know how well Juice does pass blocking? It is a really important role in playing RB.
The title of this post is extremely misleading. You should consider changing it to something less tabloid-like.
Yes...something more rational...like "SHOCKING NEWS:Mangus Demands Transfer, Claims He Was Misled By Coaches"
That would be better.
An hour later put up a post: "MANGUS WATCH: CHRIS MANGUS HAS STILL NOT SAID ANYTHING ABOUT TRANSFERRING. IS THIS THE BEGINNING OF THE END?!?!?"

Just adding a little dash of TMZ to TKP
HAHA perfect.
- Tomorrow's ESPN 30 for 30:
What if I told you...there was a baller named Mangus.
BTW the Hillsborough 30 for 30 last night was a brutal watch. Good documentary, but tough to watch.
As a Liverpool fan I've known the story, in fact it was the similarities between the Reds & Hokies that drew me to follow them (extremely passionate fan-bases, some of the most intimidating game day atmospheres, and sadly horrible tragedies on back-to-back days), but that was the most footage I've seen of the day and that was just tough to stomach. The fact that the events of that day are still being investigated is appalling.
Yeah, some of those images and videos were pretty gruesome. Brutal back story, and we think some of these under-the-table NCAA issues are hard to deal with.
That one author though, he must be considered a hero to the Liverpudlians.
Dude, you scared the hell out of me with that title. I thought for sure I was going to see some gut-punching tweet. I agree with posts above - this thread deserves a very different title. I'm totally cool with speculating on where our guys' talents might be used (in terms of which position they should play), but that's all we should be doing, not speculating on non-existent stuff.
Until you actually have something to report, you probably shouldn't, y'know, report it.
Yeah, what is this, CNN?
That's just...I mean...WOW. Maybe it drifted...
they dug a tunnel through the Earth, and were attacked by hornets there.
Wait?!?....Mangus is tranferring?
Mangus is transferring all right....to tight end!!!!!
Can we just end this....
