ESPN ratings don't track with ON3/247 very well. Both of those ratings systems have 5-star players in the very high 90s. ESPN reserves the 90s for 5-stars only. So they tend to rate players ~10 points lower than the other two services.
Look at his position & state rankings for each service. Rivals has him rated the lowest.

And Kam always laid a heavy shoulder. He would avoid the targeting penalties for leading with the crown of the helmet, but would probably pick up a few for contact to the head. His most vicious hits were when he would plant good shoulder square into the middle of a receiver's chest. He laid out an OL in the NFL on a blitz the same way, just bull rushed him and hit in with all he had right in the sternum.
If you want hits that would get you ejected from a VT DB then Flowers is your guy, not Kam
