I am not really enjoying being the bearer of bad news, but Hokie target Marcus Lewis, a 6'1 187lb cornerback from Washington DC, announced on Twitter that he is committed to the Florida Gators.

VT has Mook Reynolds who most likely will be a four star DB by the time he's signed. DBU will be fine.

After his second decommit, I'm kind of glad he isn't coming to tech. Obviously gets caught up in the hype and the moment it seems. I'd rather a kid wait until signing day and take his time then bounce around commitments the whole time. That's a red flag for me. Wonder how coaches see multiple decommits.
