I hope he can put on some weight because we are going to need him at linebacker.
Go Hokies!
Start dancing Snoopy. You've had a few days rest!

I like tall rangey Safeties. I think Franklin will be able to recruit will enough that guys can stay at a position that suits them best vs having to slide over an fill a roster hole.
When a recruit comes in as an ATH, does that basically mean they played multiple positions in high school? Do we see him ending up in Defense? Is this just a way for them to better market themselves since they probably don't have enough video clips in a single position to receive a good ranking at either skill position? Not sure this is something that has been discussed, so I'm mostly curious to hear from TKP on the topic.
I'm not sure but I think it means that the player doesn't neatly project at a particular position in college - imagine a high school QB who, relatively speaking, looks to be an unpolished passer, even by HS standards, but nonetheless has verifiable D1 frame and athletic ability. That kid isn't going to be a P4 QB, but he might be a good safety or something else.
I think that's the idea.
Linebacka
Springfield represent!
IT'S A HELLUVA TOWN!
With his size, he more than likely was not a DB in high school, so he'd probably be best suited to add some beef to that frame and find a LB position that suits his skill set. I don't recall any high school LBs who would be able to transition to safety very easily, but I think it would be much easier to transition from safety to LB from a skill standpoint, but the size aspect would be the tough part.
