Have to admit... its kind of awesome that Choppin Wood is becomin a thing with VT.

I've been following MUScoop for a while. They REALLY don't like the fact that Buzz abandoned them, and have been personally slaughtering him over there daily for the past month. Its so bad, its driven some of their longtime posters away, knowing how much good he did for the school and the legacy, especially with special needs kids, he left behind.

The way I see it, the more pissed off a fanbase is when someone leaves, the better that person was. The fact that Marquette fans are this furious at him speaks volumes about the quality of coach we have here in Blacksburg.

Ya know, not being a basketball fan, I didn't really know much about the Marquette fanbase. After reading several threads over there recently, I've came to the conclusion that they may be the worst college sports fans outside Miami. The formula for a Marquette post is: Whine, whine, butthurt, butthurt, personal attack, Blacksburg is a dump, personal attack.

Lets be honest.

If Beamer had left VT back in 2000, places like TechSideLine would have been overwhelmed with vitriol towards UNC. It probably would still be going on to this day.
