Nice. I wish we played Penn State more in football.
More? As in - any?

That's going to be on ESPN Ocho.

The biggest problem I have with the challenge are the dates they selected. Putting an event like this in just after teams that competed in Thanksgiving tournaments are getting back to their schools isn't a lot of foresight. Most of the Thanksgiving tournaments will be concluding as late as November 30th possibly. Say a team has to compete in one of these tournaments on that Sunday, example Pittsburgh and Purdue are both playing in the Maui Invitational. If they are getting on planes from Hawaii Monday morning assuming they played Sunday night, then they might have to fly directly to their next game site since they both play on Tuesday in the Challenge. I am sure that they put some work into this but I would have thought that by putting this event the week of 8-10 December or even 9-11 December they could catch the dead week between end of college football regular season conference championship games and Bowl Season starting up. The reason I say 9-11 is so that they let Monday clear out the Bowl announcements before making the ACC-B1G center stage on Tuesday.
I respect Penn State, similar school to us, really good atmosphere there. Might go to grad school there.
Fiance went to undergrad at PSU, and grad at VT. PSU is a great school - crazy about their football up there.
I am the same way...same plan and everything...
I did the VT undergrad and I'm at the PSU grad school now. There are a bunch of us up here, and it's a really similar community. I always tell people that Blacksburg will probably develop like State College has, but Blacksburg is probably a decade or two behind.
Bill Roth just tweeted our PSU history, pretty good so far:

Especially love the 29-23 final of the 1921 contest between our schools.
If we weren't even in the challenge last year why are we not hosting this year? I'm not too happy about it. Even if it does mean we get to host someone better the year after
we hosted the last time we were in the challenge in 2012 and you normally rotate home-away so i guess that's why
As a hokie attending grad school at Wisconsin, I can confidently say WOOOOOO. I can't wait to see Frank the Tank victimize Jahil Okafor.
Wow. Those rankings mean less than nothing.
Nice. I'll walk over to the Bryce Jordan Center and take this in.
