You're welcome, America.

"Exit light..."

I just perused the comments and no one wants to ask Whit anything about tight ends....I am shocked.

Reminds me of listening to the Hokie Hotline on Monday evenings. Everyone would always ask Jim Weaver the football coaching questions after a game, then people would call in to tell Frank their cousin's sister saw him in a Kroger parking lot the other day...

Eh, been there, done that.

Aww, you missed me!

Someone please ask Whit if he's going to do anything about East Carolina Pirates. Seriously, no one wants to see that game every single year.

I just want to know what it feels like to be a baller. The man has come in and thundercocked the entire Hokie Nation into a new and, no doubt, more successful era. If Whit and Sam Rogers were in a burning building I'm not sure who I'd save first.

Sam Rogers would put the fire out before you had the chance.

Id like to see two things asked.
1. What does Whit consider to be an ideal gameday atmosphere? This could clue us in to what he may or may not allow to comeback. And what new things Whit may try to start. In Lane VT can go up against the best of them, but I think our pregame environment could use an upgrade, the new indoor facility and gameday plaza might be able to help with this as it can focus all events.

2. When he retires/leaves, what will Whit want to be remembered for, what does he want to be the major accomplishments of his tenure, make it clear what his goals are so we can all see them and help drive the dept forward.

I know the vote already happened in the ACC meetings, but what is Whit's stance on ACC scheduling? Did he vote for the 8 or 9 game schedule?

He was on the radio in Richmond Tuesday afternoon. He said he prefers 8 and would prefer 10 over 9 as it's easier to schedule with an even number.

What can be done to enhance football recruiting?

That question would be for Frank Beamer, not Whit. If you're looking at it from a facilities standpoint, then Whit's answer would be all the many improvements already made over the past few years, along with the indoor practice facility. All the tools have been given to the staff once the practice facility is finished, it's up to the staff to use the tools already provided.

I think it's a fair question for Whit. He is responsible for budgeting, travel, compliance, and such. Question could be what is he doing to increase/change recruiting resources?

We put the K in Kwality

He's already announced that two new assistants will be hired effective July 1st to focus on recruiting and that the recruiting budget will be increased. As mentioned above, he's provided the tools to be used. Now it is up to the staff to improve their plan.
