@hokiejoe3 @WhitBabcock Tickets will be offered first to donors/season ticket holders next week via online or mail— VT Promotions (@VTPromos) June 9, 2014
Today I sent a tweet over to Whit Babcock about tickets for the Ohio State game and received back a prompt answer from @VTPromos that tickets will be available to donors and season ticket holders next week.
Less than 90 days to go until VT vs Ohio State and, not to get ahead of ourselves, less than 82 days until the season starts against William and Mary. #BeatTheTribe #BeatTheBuckeyes #BeatEveryone

For donors and season ticket holders the away game order form is available online now. Tickets are $110 and there's a limit of 4 tickets per order form.
One note on the form:
Here is hoping that only 874 gold and above members are ordering ahead of me.
Do you have section # the VT tickets are in?
I'm buying a ticket thru stub hub and would like to get something close to or in the VT fan section....nothing worse than being at an away game alone wearing maroon & orange with no other VT gear around.
Any season ticket holders who are not planning on going to the game want to buy and sell 2 to me?
I'm in the same boat!
I have been waiting on this. I am planning on ordering four.
My ticket is purchased. I'm ready
I have to laugh, I just got the email from Tech. Key Play beat them to me.
when can one purchase single game tickets? I have bought a hotel and planning on a trip up from FL for the Miami game!!!
Where do you want to sit? My guess is you can find seats in the non-visitor's sections online. Otherwise, you might have to wait until our tickets are purchased then resold.
Any word about student tickets?
Since this is an actual away game and not a neutral site game I doubt students will be sold seats.
If anyone is a season ticket holder who is not planning to attend and would like to pick up 3 for me, I will pay a $50 premium over the $330 face value for your troubles. I told my boys (ages 8 and 6) that we would make the road trip from NC for this one back when it was first announced and they are super excited about it.
I'll let you know if I end up with 3 extra tickets. Do you mind the student section?
If you end up with 5 extra, I'll take 2 and include the same premium and I absolutely don't care if its the student section as long as I can get in! Take care of those kids first though, if you can.
The student section is fine - thanks!
Thanks Jsketch. I found some seats under $200 each including fees so I pulled the trigger.
Also, for those still looking, I did some research before buying my seats and found that much of the B section is limited view. Being there would keep you out of the rain, but I expect to be in the Horseshoe once in my life so I would like to see all of it. The best 3 sites for finding seats are StubHub (obviously), TicketExchange by Ticketmaster, and Vividseats. I hope all the Hokies who want to be there find their way to Columbus. Saturday night with 100K+ vs. a top-10 opponent. This should be fun.
Not sure if this helps you guys at all.

Pro Tip: Clicking "CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE TICKETS" on the image will not take you to where you need to go to purchase tickets.
I was wondering why it wasn't working...these tricky interwebz!
WISH I would have seen this before now. If anyone has extras to sell, let me know. If not, then it will be StubHub for me.
TSL ticket exchange board would work out too as well.
I was on there at 10am when they went on sale with the promo code and only singles were available. I actually pushed a meeting back 30 min to tinker on there hoping some would drop out of someones cart. Unfortunately it never happened. I tried again when they went on sale to general public the next morning with the same result...only singles.
I'll be looking for tix as well if anyone gets their hands on extras.
I ordered through Tech. I just wish they would hurry up and let me know if I actually got tickets.
