Every year Paul Myerberg ranks every team in the FBS. Gives each a big write-up too. We clock in at 32, which seems pretty fair considering the last 2 years.

Some serious love for Foster and the secondary, some concern about the offense.

This is pretty good considering we don't have a starting QB, kicker, and our RB mix is still up in the air.
at least Beamer has his health...
I'd say its fair...for the start of the season
Sounds about right. We have a lot of unknowns but a lot of potential. Given our record over the last two years, somewhere in the 30s is fair.
Thats not a bad start for a young team. VT is one win away against Ohio state to rank in the top 20.
I agree that if the Hokies win against anOSU they would be ranked top 20
I don't think the Hokies will be ranked top 20, however, if anOSU loses
This is actually a good in-depth article that pretty much explains the exact situation we are in
I feel like I've seen this before
This is what I want for us the next couple of years...at least...

How can you forget a 13'17" TE?
Well, he does have to write like 135 of these... So I cut him some slack. Plus, hopefully nobody in Columbus will know who Bucky is either, and he can be unvieled as a super secret weapon of some kind.
We're keeping him in a silo across 460 on some VT-owned farm land. No one will see him until it's too late.
If he keeps growing it'll be a missile silo. Does it count as a catch if one foot is in the endzone and the other is in the parking lot?
In college, yes.
well done...beverage is all over my keyboard right now
