Waiting on analysis from the gurus, but were the tipped passes not thrown high enough, or was Brewer himself not high enough (no pun intended)?

-What we do is, if we need that extra push, you know what we do? -Put it up to fully dipped? -Fully dipped. Exactly. It's dork magic.

you're saying he's not tall? ;)

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
“I served in the United States Navy"

I'm interested in hearing Frenchs OL thoughts. I liked what I saw. Conte was noticeable a number of times, especially Shais TD

Not only Conte, but it also seemed we were able to run the ball better when Wang was in there instead of Teller. Maybe it's the inexperience, but Searles seemed to be on to something there. I ultimately think Teller gets moved out to LT next year, but getting some game experience this year would be a huge help.

My first impression wasn't that the passes were at fault at all. The offensive line seemed to do a very poor job engaging the DL when they pass blocked. The interception, for example, appeared to be completely a fault of the offensive line. Any defensive lineman worth his salt should be able to deflect a ball if he gets to sit back at the line without even being touched before the ball is thrown. It's the offensive lineman's job to get his hands on the guy and keep him from batting down passes.

FWIW, that's just my opinion. I'm curious to see what French says about it.

There's always a lighthouse. There's always a man. There's always a city.

No, I think each of those points have some merit.
What do you think he missed?

This is going to be great for the ACC.

I wasn't saying he missed anything. Sigh, effed up on the gif. I was trying to say that he Hit the Hammer on the Head but it looks like I missed it with the wrong gif. I absolutely agreed with him though. 100%. Just got overexcited trying to put up the gif.

Thought the exact same thing on that play where Brewer rolled out and threw it away. Very mature decision. He did a pretty slick job of avoiding the pressure too. I always have liked LT3 but I couldn't help but think to myself after that play that there was an instance where Logan would've forced something and cost us in the red zone.
