Limited experience are you serious?? We have a nasty D-Line and our secondary is #DBU. I see OSU doing a lot of talking and not really focusing on the game.

Hopefully Urban will be solemnly eating Papa John's pizza in the bowels of the stadium around midnight.

Urban

He'll probably need to go through a few of these to help deal with his "heart issues"

True Hokies STICK IT IN!!!

STICK IT IN Army of Virginia Tech

Papa Johns + Pepto = Cooler Pooper

Way to bring it full circle, that is a man who gets TKP. Well done, sir, well done.

The Dude Abides

anOSU scores less points than VT.

This is going to be great for the ACC.

Maybe YOU should write the advanced numbers posts

Part of one of the of the comments on there:
"I do not believe the Hokie defense is as good as advertised."

You see that Kendall? They don't believe we're as good as advertised, sounds like it's time for a couple Fuller magic plays. Maybe a Deion Sanders high step to the end zone from the 50.

Rip his freaking head off!

let them be cocky.. they play in a weak conference and has had one of the weakest schedules for the last 4 years. VT will go in and get up early and urban cryer will have his pizza ordered by halftime

Very interesting link on there to an article covering VT instate recruiting and how it has produced different results in the last decade.

Most of the national media is giving them bulletin board material already, guess this is just another one to post...

I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction:
“I served in the United States Navy"

"I think our defensive line is probably a little bit better," Decker said.
I hope the quartet of Luther, Dadi, Corey, Ken bring him & OSU back down to earth witha crushing defeat.

Allen Ox

Virginia Tech's defensive line isn't much more experienced. Only tackle Luther Maddy (6-foot-1, 293 pounds), with 30 career starts, in a veteran. Fellow tackle Corey Marshall (6-2, 262) has made six starts, while end Dadi Nicolas (6-3, 231) has two starts and end Ken Ekanem (6-3, 249) started for the first time in Saturday's 34-9 win over William & Mary.

Paste that on their lockers! Bury anOSU's O-Line! Sandman is Coming!

Pain is Temporary, Chicks Dig Scars
Glory is Forever, Let's Go Hokies!!

did they watch the Miami game last year?? dadi was maddy for coco puffs.. and Marshall is Maddy&Dadi 1.5

"Who's Your Dadi" Nicolas is gonna eat some buckeyes for breakfast!! (...errr dinner)
Tear that O-line a new one, Hokies!!!

That should be a reminder for us not to downgrade units based on their number of starts. True, Marshall and Dadi don't have a lot of starts under their belt, but they are quite experienced.

However, considering that we will need to play 4DE's, the truthful inexperience of three of them is relevant. I like our 4 DT's though. All four are tested and make plays.

Good point. The concern isn't as much Dadi and Ekenam, it's Dooley and Alford. Are they up to the task? It'll be interesting to see how many snaps Dadi and Ekenam get. Let's hope 3 & out is consistent theme for the Buckeye offense.
